With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Employment Relations across New Zealand, Australia, and international markets, I have dedicated my career to empowering businesses and elevating workplaces. My journey has encompassed roles such as Director of Human Resources in Tech, where I led the global HR transformation and was recognised on the 2024 HR Director winners list. I have held HR leadership positions at Fonterra, Wintec, Transfield Services and Sudima, among others.
In 2024, I established Dallinger - People Solutions, a consultancy committed to providing strategic HR and ER guidance tailored to each organisation's unique needs. Our mission is to align human resource strategies with business objectives, fostering environments that are productive, compliant, and poised for success.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply passionate about supporting people through challenging times and supporting the growth of individuals and teams. I believe that effective HR practices are the cornerstone of thriving organisations, and I am dedicated to partnering with businesses to navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

Outside of the HR space you will find me pursuing my passion of starting and training horses. A rider in a Show Jumping competition makes the same number of decisions per second as a Formula One driver - that's a lot! So I've spent a lifetime learning tools to address fear, manage nerves, and have refined a coachable formula on how to perform at your best when the pressure is on. I can support you to be at your best in any myriad of situations where you want to deliver at your highest potential.
